Today is our second anniversary. Time sure flies when you have a bunch of little ones.

My 30th birthday

I turned 30 this month. Paul put together a really nice birthday party for me. We went to Argosy Casino. I was not sure I was going to get in at first cause absent minded me brought the wrong purse without my ID. But they never carded me. YEAH! I lost all my money and it was extremely smokey in there. It was fun though. And there was no way I was leaving Indiana without Powerball tickets. Everyone threw in some money and we won $5. That will probably pay for my gas to go get my money back ;). We went out to eat at JAlexanders with my ILs and my friends Jessika and Bill.

We celebrated again at TGI Fridays. with my dad and Karen later on that week. That is a great place to go for birthdays. They gave me balloons and I got a free desert, although we already had a cake. And I had to pass up the free desert because of the diet I am on. I am just so thankful for my wonderful husband who put together a great 30th birthday for me. Thanks sweetie!

Matthew's 10th birthday

We went to the Olive Garden for Matthew's birthday. I can't believe that him and Nadalie are turning 10 this year. I bought him a chocolate cake with chips on it just like he asked for. I think he was pleased. We bought a WII as a combination present for all the kids. They love it. Matthew went to the Magic Castle with two of his best friends this year. He is staying busy with soccer, basketball, cubscouts, and he is also playing the guitar.
