20 week ultrasound!

Ryan the silly face boy, age 4

I know..... I know..... It has been way too long since I have blogged! I have been spending a lot of time on Facebook. Anyhow here is an 8 week picture of our little surprise due May 28 th. We had the Materni21 test, due to some odd blood levels which came out from a different test I had. Anyways, the test came back baby is fine and there were no Y chromosomes present which means it is 99.4% a girl!

Silly faces of the two R's

Photos from winter

Nadalie's birthday at Abuelos. I made her a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake.

Ryan give me your silly face!

And another one :)

So I know that it has been a VERY VERY long time since I have posted anything. Shame on me. I have been very busy if you can not tell. ;) Now that Nathan is older, it should be little more easier for me to post blogs more regularly. What have we been up to? Well..... let's start with me. I have been cleaning, cooking, driving the kids to their activites, changing diapers, potty training, and sleep training. It is already June and this half year has flown by! Crazy yet fun times. I am finally getting a full nights sleep which it has been a super long time since that has happened.

Nathan just turned one today. He is such a ham. He has been walking a little bit. His favorite thing to do is to say "who is it?" And he makes his lips into an o shape to do this and says something like "whosit" but it is the cutest thing I ever saw! He is following after his brothers and is playing with race cars. He also enjoys his tantrums when he is walking behind something and it comes to a dead end. We call him Natie. Which honestly, I never thought I would use the name Nate but it just sounded like the right name to use.

Collin and Ryan have been potty training. Collin is pretty much potty trained except at night and Ryan was doing great for a while but now fights me if we use undies. In fact, he actually asks for pull ups. I am not giving up on him. Actually about the age of 3 is when I was going to start with him, and he just kind of fell into it because of his brother anyhow.

Rachel has been doing extremely well in school. Almost a straight A student. She had a run of tennis lessons that she took, liked it, and was very good at it, but complained of having to go to the lessons everyday before she went so she quit :( I kind of kept her out of any activities to give her a break until now and she just started the swim team again. Her best friend has moved from Cinci to down the road and will be going to school with her next year which I am soooooo excited about.

Matthew has had alot of changes over the past few months. He gained a new family and has now moved to another city close by. He is still playing soccer although he moved from a select league to a rec league which I am happy about because like Rachel he complained about going to practice as well. He is staying at the same school and will be working at his school next year. A perfect first job. And he loves to tease about anything and everything just like his father does and he sure loves to play the big brother role to all the younger kidos.

Nadalie has been adjusting to middle school well. She told me that the 7th and 8th graders like to smack the books out of the 6th graders hands at the begining of the year. Not too cool to a new 6th grader learning how to juggle all the books the first year. She attended all the no refferal parties all year since she did not get one :). It has been a struggle all year to get her to remember to turn in her homework. But I got her advisor on board and got her some tutoring and help to get more organized. I also signed her up for some summer classes on organization and writing skills. I asked her advisor if I should get her some tutoring over the summer and she said she is very strong in all her subjects it is just a matter of getting her more organized, so I thought that this class would help her. She has 3 best friends that she has been close with for several years. I just adore all of them!

Enjoy the pictures. I will post more soon and promise to stay up on the blog.

Little Nathan

First time trying cereal

One of his favorite toys from Aunt Tammy and Uncle Dave

Baby Nathan is getting so big and I feel like he is moving faster than the other boys did with milestones, partially because he is trying to keep up with his older brothers. He is scooting across the floor already and sometimes getting up on all fours and rocking back and forth. He also started clapping when you say yay to him which is super cute. He is such a well tempered baby, I just wish that he slept a little better and on his own.
